The COVID-19 has altered daily routines with many becoming home-bound due to social distancing, work-from-home and other lockdown measures designed to flatten the curve. Bearing this trend in mind, award-winning chefs from the Hilton hotel brand across the region has created five recipes to “elevate” culinary skills of home cooks.
The participating Hilton F&B outlets and chefs are Verde Kitchen, Hilton Singapore; Mandar Madav, executive chef, Conrad Centennial Singapore; Colin Chun, executive chef, Hilton Sydney; Masaki Yanagiya, head chef of Dynasty restaurant, Hilton Tokyo; and Miko Aspiras, executive pastry chef, Hilton Sydney.
The recipes include a Power Salad and Detox Zinger, Spaghetti Carbonara, Hawaiian Poke Bowl, Sweet & Sour Pork with Fruits, and Sydney Cheesecake.
The Hilton brand hopes that diners across Asia would make use of the recipes instead of just relying on prepared food, take-out and deliveries.
