Biscotti maker bake&bake wants Singapore and the rest of Asia to adopt a ‘biscotti-eating’ culture. Our mission is to create a biscotti eating culture here in Singapore and moving across Asia to provide consumers with a healthier snacking option, said its founder and chief biscotti maker Anson Goh.
Biscotti is the plural form of an Italian word biscotto which means “twice baked” and according to Goh, a snack option appreciated by both young and old alike.
In this interview with Tasty Asia, Goh explains how he experimented with different ingredients and flavours so that bake&bake could offer more yummy options to their customers.
