Newly renovated Pacific Bar at Conrad Hong Kong is now welcoming guests to its new stylishly elegant interior space to partake of an extended selection of food and drinks, from gins to cocktails and to wines.

"The renovation is an important milestone for Pacific Bar and Conrad Hong Kong. With the new design and enriched menu, the bar will continue to provide excellent service to the guests of the hotel," says Thomas Hoeborn, general manager, Conrad Hong Kong.
Located in the heart of Hong Kong's financial district, the Pacific Bar’s patrons can enjoy not only spectacular metropolitan views, but also three new beverages concocted by the bar’s resident mixologists to mark the bar’s new ambiance.
The drinks are Smoked Negroni, a combination of beefeater gin, campari, vermouth and mezcal served in a glass bottle along with a cloud of smoke; Mediterranean-inspired Sorrento, made with limoncello, aperol, grapefruit and lime juice, topped with a layer of rosemary and champagne foam; and the Scent of Fall, which boasts of a complexity derived from sous-vide chrysanthemum gin, green chartreuse and sherry with lemon juice, osmanthus syrup, honey and egg white.
Another exciting new element is the Gin Trolley, which features an ever-changing line-up of gin varieties from countries such as England, Japan, and Finland. The bar also offers a unique blend made in Hong Kong.
In addition, the trolley highlights a personal touch which allows guests to customise their drinks and add the garnishes they prefer. They can also learn more details about the gins as well as the creative ways they are served at the bar.
Lastly, the bar continues to enhance the offering of its wine and cheese library — stocking it with a wide selection of premium wines, and cheeses of mixed origins and degrees of hardness for different levels of appreciation.
